Beta Coming Soon!

It's true. The official beta will be coming to itch.io very soon. This will be the last major update before the Steam launch.

MULTIPLE PLACES TO EXPLORE:

- Multiple new 'dungeons' have been added to the game, each rewarding the player with a power-up!

- It is now possible (with a power-up) to travel beneath the water and explore ancient ruins!

- New statues and decorations have been placed around the world.

- Mountains are now taller, giving more valleys to explore.

QUALITY OF LIFE:

-Added a photo mode which hides all UI and allows the camera to be manipulated.

-Added a health check to prevent the player from eating fruit at full health.

-Added particles to the health pick-up to reflect the health increase.

-Level 2 buildings now reflect the changes in the story.

-(story change coming in the final release)

---------------------(FIXES)------------------

- Cooldown timer for dropping logs is toggled off while in the safe zone (easier to spam logs to deposit)

- Heat decays more slowly, still tweaking to find the right value.

- The ice shards in the first level pathway are taller to prevent jumping over them.

- Camera adjusted to feel more smooth and allow for more viewing angles (still tweaking).

- Fog has been adjusted to be less obstructive (still tweaking).

- Ice is more translucent.
